What if not all employees appear on the PAPDIS file?
To include all employees with the PAPDIS file, you need to confirm this by ticking the selection on the Moneysoft Pension Scheme details page.
What if the assessment codes and event codes are wrong on the PAPDIS file?
To generate the correct assessment and event codes, you need to check them when setting the assessment and enrolment type in Moneysoft. Only eligible employees should have the type ‘automatic enrolment’.
Why are the assessment codes and event codes not updating on the PAPDIS file?
When a new assessment report is run within Moneysoft, the assessment and enrolment type need to be manually updated within the employee’s Moneysoft record.

PAPDIS files contain sensitive information. Rather than send a copy of the file, please let us know when the file was uploaded so we are able to track it.
