What to do if you don't have an email address

We need you to provide an email address so you can access your online account. We will only use it to send you important information about your pension. If you don't currently have an email address, you can set one up using a free provider, such as Gmail or Outlook.

Alternatively, if you’ve got an email address and/or user name, but have forgotten them, you need to contact your employer or the manager of the pension scheme you’re trying to access.
