What is SAVA?
The Smart Avatar Virtual Assistant is here to answer your retirement questions any time of the day. Think of her as a ‘digital human’ that you can speak to directly – just remember to enable your microphone.
How does SAVA work?
SAVA uses artificial intelligence to recognise your voice and provide you with helpful responses to resolve any questions that you may have when using your Smart Pension account.
Why SAVA?
We’ve been innovating in the retirement industry since 2014, and we believe that technology is key to bringing about positive change. We recognise that not everyone is on a 9-5 schedule and that some people may need access to help outside of our office hours.
