Why combine all my pensions?
Having all your pensions in one place means:
A single view
It’s easier to keep track of your retirement goals when all of your pension savings are together
Less admin
You can spend less time on personal admin as there would only be one set of paperwork
Save on charges
You’ll pay one charge rather than many, which could mean more money for your retirement
Things to consider
- Please read our transfer guide before deciding whether to combine your other pensions.
- If you need some help making decisions about your pension, you can get either guidance or advice. MoneyHelper offers free pensions guidance through their online form, online chat or phone them on 0800 011 3797 Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays. If you would like personalised advice, you should get in touch with an independent financial adviser – you can find a list local to you on the MoneyHelper website.
- Be aware of pension scams. If something seems too good to be true, chances are it is. Find out more on our scam smart webpage.
