Besides covering your HR and payroll needs, Zelt also connects all your apps, business systems and even laptops in one central hub through APIs, so you can run and automate recurring admin processes across the employee lifecycle more efficiently. For example, in Zelt you can onboard an employee in payroll, pension and across all your software applications, and provision a laptop automatically, in a few clicks.

In particular, managing your employees’ pension scheme in Zelt couldn’t be easier:

  • Auto enrolment assessment is done automatically and the app will notify you of employees’ eligibility.
  • Zelt sends pension letters and handles submissions on your behalf.
  • Your employees can update their pension contributions using the Zelt employee platform.
  • Any changes to your employee data (such as address) and contributions are synced to Smart Pension by API in real-time.
  • Pension contributions are clearly displayed on payslips.
  • Payslips can be accessed and downloaded by your employees directly within Zelt.
  • Zelt ensures you’re fully compliant.
